CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION. A. To any committee of school employees appointed by the Chancellor in connection with curriculum or instructional programs, the Council shall be requested to name a representative or representatives. B. With respect to joint Management-Union committees which are established subsequent to the effective date of this Agreement in connection with curriculum and instruction, the Council shall be requested to name an administrative representative.
