Custodial Services-Medical Records. LLC may store any and all active and inactive patient records, medical charts and vital statistics, however, these documents shall be identified as, and remain, the property of the PC. LLC shall maintain and store files and records relating to the operation of the Practice, including, without limitation, customary financial records and patient files, medical charts and vital statistics (which records shall at all times remain the property of the PC). All files and records shall comply with applicable Federal, State and local statutes, rules and regulations regarding their confidentiality and retention. The PC shall be responsible for the preparation of, and shall direct the contents of, the patient medical records. LLC shall have the right to access to the records and to maintain copies thereof including, without limitation, for the limited purpose of fulfilling its obligations hereunder, including, without limitation, with respect to collection and as otherwise required by applicable law, rule or regulation, subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations governing privacy of patient records.

  • Custodial Services The charges and expenses of the custodian appointed by the Trust for custodial services;

  • Medical Records Business Manager shall advise and assist --------------- Practice as to the establishment, monitoring and maintenance of procedures and policies for the timely creation, preparation, filing and retrieval of all medical records generated by Practice in connection with Practice's provision of Medical Services; and, subject to applicable law, shall ensure that medical records are promptly available to Physicians and any other appropriate persons.   • Review of Custodial Files The Custodian agrees, for the benefit of Certificateholders, to review, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.02 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, each Custodial File and to provide the initial and final certifications in the forms of Exhibits N and O to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement in accordance with the provisions thereof. If in performing the review required by this Section 2.3 the Custodian finds any document or documents constituting a part of a Custodial File to be missing or defective, the Custodian shall follow the procedures specified in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Custody Services The Fund, on behalf of the Series, will open with Mellon one or more custody account(s) designated "Series" (such designated custody account(s) hereinafter referred to as "Series Account"). The Series Account will contain the appropriate designation in its title and will be operated subject to the terms of the Custodian Agreement between Mellon and the Fund.

  • Foreign Custody Manager Services (a) The Fund, on behalf of its Board, delegates to the Custodian, and the Custodian hereby agrees to accept, responsibility as the Fund's foreign custody manager for selecting, contracting with and monitoring Foreign Custodians in the countries set forth on Schedule 2 (each, a “Selected Country” and collectively, the “Selected Countries”) in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c).

  • Administration; Reports The Custodian shall, in general, attend to all non-discretionary details in connection with maintaining custody of the Receivable Files on behalf of the Trust Collateral Agent. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the Trust Collateral Agent generally in the preparation of any routine reports to Noteholders or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian’s custody of the Receivable Files.

  • SPECIAL SERVICES Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Receivable Files Complete There exists a Receivable File pertaining to each Receivable. Related documentation concerning the Receivable, including any documentation regarding modifications of the Contract, will be maintained electronically by the Servicer in accordance with customary policies and procedures. With respect to any Receivables that are tangible chattel paper, the complete Receivable File for each Receivable currently is in the possession of the Custodian.

  • Patient Records Upon termination of this Agreement, the New PC shall retain all patient dental records maintained by the New PC or the MSO in the name of the New PC. During the term of this Agreement, and thereafter, the New PC or its designee shall have reasonable access during normal business hours to the New PC's and the MSO's records, including, but not limited to, records of collections, expenses and disbursements as kept by the MSO in performing the MSO's obligations under this Agreement, and the New PC may copy any or all such records.

  • Research Records Each Party shall maintain records of each Research Program (or cause such records to be maintained) in sufficient detail and in good scientific manner as will properly reflect all work done and results achieved by or on behalf of such Party in the performance of such Research Program.
