Research Records definition

Research Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.
Research Records has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.
Research Records means all records (whether verbal, written or electronic) relating to the Services or the SOWs.

Examples of Research Records in a sentence

  • All identifiable Student information should be destroyed by RPPs in accordance with Privacy Laws and, if applicable, the relevant Retention and Disposal Authority published by the Public Records Office of Victoria and specifically relating to Research Records.

  • Following the expiration or termination of the Research Period, each Party shall deliver a final report to the JRC, which shall include a summary of all the Research Records and Research Data, including any raw data for the work conducted under the Research Plan.

Research Records has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.
Research Records means any data or results which embody the facts resulting from scholarly inquiry. A research record includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Research Records means the record of data or results that embody the facts resulting from scholarly or scientific inquiry, or creative practice including but not limited to, Research proposals, laboratory records, both physical and electronic, progress reports, abstracts, theses, oral presentations, internal reports, journal articles, and any documents and materials provided to an Agency, or University official in the course of a preliminary review or investigation of an allegation of breach of the University’s Research Integrity policy.
Research Records means those records which are created specifically for the purpose of conformance with the terms of a research protocol or clinical trial and
Research Records means any data or results that embody the facts resulting from scholarly inquiry. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.
Research Records has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12.1.
Research Records means records, files, documents, and other materials that contain information that has been collected, observed, generated, or created to validate original research findings.
