Shift Assignment Should the University elect to establish a shift on any other schedule than the regular day shift (Monday through Friday) or to assign employees to work on any such shift, the employee(s) with the most seniority in the classification affected or to be assigned on such shift shall have preference in moving to such shift. If an insufficient number of employees in the classification elect to move to such shift, then the employee(s) with the least seniority in the classification shall be assigned to such shift. If positions or shifts are reduced or eliminated or movement of personnel to other shifts is required, then the seniority of the affected employee will prevail in the selection of shift, provided the affected employee can do the required work. Such shift preference is only applicable within the employee's classification.
LIGHT DUTY ASSIGNMENTS 1. In the event a clerk requests a light duty assignment, in writing, management must contact the President, Lehigh Valley Area Local to discuss such request.
Subcontract and Assignment This Agreement binds the heirs, successors, assigns and representatives of the Contractor. The Contractor shall not enter into subcontracts for any work contemplated under this Agreement and shall not assign this Agreement or monies due or to become due, without the prior written consent of the General Manager of the Agency or his designee, subject to any required state or federal approval. SUB-CONTRACTING AND ASSIGNMENT 18.1 Subject to clause 18.3, neither party shall assign, novate, subcontract or otherwise dispose of any or all of its rights and obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, neither may the Supplier sub-contract the whole or any part of its obligations under this agreement except with the express prior written consent of the Authority, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
Subcontracting and Assignment 9. The School Bus Operator shall not sub-contract, transfer or assign this Contract or any part of this Parent Agreement without the prior written consent of the School. The School Bus Operator shall be responsible for the acts, defaults, neglects or omissions of any assignee or subcontractor, their agents, servants or workmen as fully as if they were the acts, defaults, neglects or omissions of the School Bus Operator.
Successors; Assignment This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties; provided however, that Borrower may not assign or transfer its interest hereunder without Bank's prior written consent. Bank reserves the right to sell, assign, transfer, negotiate or grant participations in all or any part of, or any interest in, Bank's rights and benefits under each of the Loan Documents. In connection therewith, Bank may disclose all documents and information which Bank now has or may hereafter acquire relating to any credit subject hereto, Borrower or its business, or any collateral required hereunder.
Contract Assignment You cannot assign this contract to another person nor sublet any part of the premises.
Extra Duty Assignments The Joint Study Committee hereby recommends the following as guidelines for extra duty assignments:
Binding Agreement; Assignment This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, be binding upon, and be enforceable by the Company and its successors and assigns. The Participant shall not assign (except in accordance with Section 6 hereof) any part of this Agreement without the prior express written consent of the Company.
ASSIGNMENT/SUB-CONTRACTING The Contractor agrees that he will not sell, assign or transfer this Agreement or any part thereof or interest therein without the prior written consent of the Owner.
