CUSTODY OF SUPPLIES. The Owner shall provide adequate and suitable storage space for tickets and operating supplies. The Owner may elect to control the issue of both tickets and supplies under reasonable procedures to ensure accountability and cost control. The Operator shall specifically protect and control access to the stock of unused tickets. Unused tickets shall not be destroyed or disposed of without prior written permission of the Owner. The Operator shall submit a request for ticket disposal authorization to the Owner, which shall include the serial numbers of all tickets to be destroyed. The serial numbers of tickets to be destroyed shall also be recorded in the Ticket Control Log. No tickets shall be destroyed until written permission has been received from the Owner. The Owner shall be given an opportunity to verify and witness any destruction or disposal of tickets and may require a delay in the destruction or disposal, if necessary, in order to provide such verification or witness. Disposal of tickets shall be destruction of the tickets by a method, approved by the Owner or designee, which ensures that they cannot be used and are so thoroughly defaced as to be visibly obvious.

CUSTODY OF SUPPLIES. The Supplier shall be responsible for the loss and expense concerning the custody of Supplies prior to the acceptance of the Supplies by the Employer’s Representative under clause 4.4.

  • Use of sub-processors (a) The data importer has the data exporter’s general authorisation for the engagement of sub-processor(s) from an agreed list. The data importer shall specifically inform the data exporter in writing of any intended changes to that list through the addition or replacement of sub-processors at least thirty (30) days in advance, thereby giving the data exporter sufficient time to be able to object to such changes prior to the engagement of the sub-processor(s). The data importer shall provide the data exporter with the information necessary to enable the data exporter to exercise its right to object.

  • Equipment Supplies and Property The Grantee shall have a property management system that meets federal requirements as stated by this Contract and WIC program policy. Items to be used for the originally authorized purpose as long as needed for that purpose, during which time the Grantee not dispose of or encumber its title or other interests. Grantee will not encumber equipment purchased with System Agency funds without prior written approval from the System Agency.

  • DISCONNECTION OF SUPPLY 14.1 When can we arrange for disconnection? Subject to us satisfying the requirements in the Rules, we may arrange for the disconnection of your premises if:

  • Scope of Supply 12.1 The Goods and Related Services to be supplied shall be as specified in the Schedule of Requirements.

  • LIST OF SUB-PROCESSORS The controller has authorised the use of the following sub-processors:

  • Maintenance Records All maintenance work orders for the prior 12 months.

  • Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration and it does not disrupt or distract from the Employer’s business.

  • Specialized Vehicles Employees who must operate a motor vehicle on official State business and who, because of a physical disability, may operate only specially equipped or modified vehicles may claim from 34 up to 37 cents per mile, with certification. Supervisors who approve claims pursuant to this Subsection have the responsibility of determining the need for the use of such vehicles.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • TRANSITION OF SUPPLY In connection with the expiration, cancellation or termination of the Purchase Order by either Buyer or Seller, in whole or in part, for any or no cause (including, without limitation, Buyer’s decision to change to an alternate source for manufacture of the goods in question, including but not limited to a Buyer- owned or -operated facility), Seller will cooperate in the transition of supply. Seller will continue production and delivery of all goods and services as ordered by Buyer, at the prices and in compliance with the terms of the Purchase Order, without premium or other condition, during the entire period reasonably needed by Buyer to complete the transition to the alternate supplier(s). Subject to Seller’s reasonable capacity constraints, Seller will provide special overtime production, storage and/or management of extra inventory of the goods or services, extraordinary packaging and transportation and other special services (collectively, “Transition Support”) as expressly requested by Buyer in writing. If resource of the goods or services occurs for reasons other than Seller’s termination or breach, Buyer will, at the end of the transition period, pay the reasonable, actual cost of Transition Support as requested and incurred, provided that, upon request, Seller has advised Buyer prior to incurring such amounts of its estimate of such costs. If the parties disagree on the cost of Transition Support, Xxxxx will pay the agreed portion to Seller and pay the disputed portion into third-party escrow for disbursement after the dispute has been resolved.
