UNUSED TICKETS Sample Clauses

UNUSED TICKETS. Unused Cape Air tickets are valid for transportation for a period of one (1) year from the date of original issue unless a shorter validity period is indicated on the ticket. Cape Air reserves the right in its sole discretion to extend the validity of a ticket in case of emergency, illness, or other such situations. Tickets purchased through agents or airlines with which Cape Air has agreements are subject to the rules of those agents and airlines and different provisions may apply.
UNUSED TICKETS. When an insured has benefited from repatriation under the terms of this Travel Insurance benefit, the Assistor reserves the right to claim any ticket held by the insured that was not used due to services provided by the Assistor.
UNUSED TICKETS. When an insured person has been repatriated under the terms of her travel insurance coverage, the travel assistance firm reserves the right to claim the ticket in her possession that went unused as a result of the services provided by the travel assistance firm.

  • Unused Line Fee Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly an unused line --------------- fee at a rate equal to three-eighths (3/8%) percent per annum calculated upon the amount by which the Revolving Loan Limit exceeds the average daily principal balance of the outstanding Revolving Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations during the immediately preceding month (or part thereof) while this Agreement is in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding. Such fee shall be payable on the first day of each month in arrears.
