Custom Consulting. Parcel Backlog
Custom Consulting. The Parties further agree that the Licensor shall, but only as requested, provide any and all reasonable, necessary and proper consulting and support services to assist Licensee in implementing MAP or selling other products to clients (collectively “Custom Consulting”). The specific costs of providing such Custom Consulting shall be agreed to by both parties on a case-by-case basis.
