Consulting and Support Services. WRISC support services are available to employees of the District for the application service under contract. This service includes telephone response, formal classroom training, on-site training, user documentation materials and consulting in conjunction with implementation of the XXXXX software. When the District contracts with outside consultants, District employee(s) must participate in any training provided to the consultant for WRISC systems. Analysts are available to district staff Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM.
Consulting and Support Services. (a) The Consultant shall perform certain consulting and support services to the Company including, but not limited, to: (i) managing residential and commercial customer accounts; (ii) servicing customer needs; (iii) providing representation for the Company to all inquires from customers and/or third parties; and (iv) assistance with day-to-day operations.

The Consultant shall perform the following consulting and support services: • Lead the recruitment effort of a new CEO for the Company working closely with the current CEO and the other Board members. • Lead the recruitment of other outside Board members that can be of assistance in growing the Company and in the overall governance of the Company. • Assist in the preparation of updated strategic business plans, including potential market share, revenues, variable and fixed costs, capital items and projected revenues and net income. • Consult on the ongoing capital structure for the Company and the optimal capital planning for the Company. • Consult on the development of strategic partners for the Company including manufacturing partners, distribution partners, fulfillment partners and capital partners.
