Customary Fringe Benefits. Executive will be eligible for all customary and usual fringe benefits generally available to similarly situated employees of the Company, subject to the terms and conditions of Company’s benefit plan documents and generally applicable Company policies. Executive shall be entitled to Paid Time Off benefits (“PTO”) subject to the terms and conditions of the Company’s PTO policy.
