Common use of Customary Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Customary Fringe Benefits. Executive will be eligible for all customary and usual fringe benefits generally available to senior executives of Company subject to the terms and conditions of Company’s benefit plan documents. Company reserves the right to change or eliminate the fringe benefits on a prospective basis, at any time, effective upon notice to Executive. Executive will be eligible to take up to 160 hours of vacation per year and shall be credited with 160 hours of accrued vacation at all times.

Company reserves the right to change or eliminate the fringe benefits on a prospective basis, at any time, effective upon notice to Executive. Executive will be eligible to take up to 160 hours of vacation per year and shall be credited with 160 hours of accrued vacation at all times.

Executive shall be entitled to paid time-off in accordance with the Company policies, but Executive shall be entitled to a minimum of seventeen (17) days of paid time-off per year, exclusive of Company holidays. The Company reserves the right to change or eliminate the fringe benefits on a prospective basis, at any time, effective upon notice to Executive. Executive will be eligible to take up to 160 hours of vacation per year and shall be credited with 160 hours of accrued vacation at all times.
