Common use of Customer Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Customer Affiliates. Customer may extend its rights, benefits and protections to its Affiliates and to contractors acting on its or its Affiliates’ behalf, so long as Customer remains responsible for their compliance hereunder, in which case all references to Customer in this Agreement shall include Customer’s Affiliates.

Customer Affiliates. Customer may extend its rights, benefits and protections the rights designated for Affiliates under this Agreement to its Affiliates, provided that any such Affiliates agree to comply with the obligations, and otherwise be subject to contractors acting on its or its Affiliates’ behalfthe terms and conditions, so long as Customer remains responsible for their compliance hereunder, in which case all references to Customer in of this Agreement and that Customer shall include cause each such Affiliate to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement to the full extent as if the Affiliate were a party hereto, and that any act or omission relating to this Agreement (including without limitation a breach hereof) by such Affiliate shall constitute an act or omission of Customer’s Affiliates.
