Common use of Customer and Trade Relations Clause in Contracts

Customer and Trade Relations. As of the Closing Date, there exists no actual or, to Borrower's knowledge, threatened termination or cancellation of, or any material adverse modification or change in: (1) the business relationship of Borrower or its Material Subsidiaries with any customer or group of customers whose purchases during the preceding twelve (12) months caused them to be ranked among the ten largest customers of Borrower or its Material Subsidiaries, or (2) the business relationship of Borrower or its Material Subsidiaries with any supplier material to their respective operations.

As of the Closing Date, there exists no actual or, to Borrower's knowledge, threatened termination or cancellation of, or any material adverse modification or change in: (1) the business relationship of Borrower or its Material Subsidiaries with any customer or group of customers whose purchases during the preceding twelve (12) months caused them to be ranked among the ten largest customers of Borrower or its Material Subsidiaries, Borrower; or (2) the business relationship of Borrower or its Material Subsidiaries with any supplier material to their respective its operations.

As of the Closing Date, there exists no actual or, to the knowledge of the Borrower's knowledge, threatened termination or cancellation of, or any material adverse modification or change in: (1) in the business relationship of the Borrower or its any Material Subsidiaries Subsidiary with any customer or group of customers whose purchases during the preceding twelve (12) months caused them to be ranked among the ten largest customers of Borrower or its such Material Subsidiaries, Subsidiary or (2) the business relationship of the Borrower or its any Material Subsidiaries Subsidiary with any supplier material essential to their respective its operations.
