Common use of Customer Control and Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Customer Control and Responsibility. Customer has and will retain sole responsibility for: (a) all Customer Data, including its accuracy and use by Customer; (b) all information, instructions and materials provided by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized User in connection with the CiteRight Services; (c) Customer Systems; and

Customer has and will retain sole responsibility for: (a) all Customer Data, including its accuracy content and use by Customeruse; (b) all information, instructions instructions, and materials provided by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized User in connection with the CiteRight Services; and (c) Customer Systems; andthe security and use of Customer's and its Authorized Users' Access Credentials.

Customer Control and Responsibility. Customer has and will retain sole responsibility for: (a) all Customer Data, including its accuracy and use by Customer; (b) all information, instructions instructions, and materials provided by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized User in connection with Customer; (b) the CiteRight Servicessecurity and use of Customer's access credentials; (c) Customer Systems; andSystems and Customer Data, including the operation, maintenance, and management of each.

Customer Control and Responsibility. Customer has and will retain sole control over the operation, maintenance, and management of, and all access to and use of, the Customer Systems, and has and will retain sole responsibility for: (a) all Customer Datadata, including its accuracy use, accuracy, quality, and use by Customerreliability; (b) all information, instructions and materials provided by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized User in connection with the CiteRight Services; (c) Customer Systems; and;

Customer has You have and will retain sole responsibility for: (a) all Customer Data, including its accuracy content and use by Customeruse; (b) all information, instructions instructions, and materials provided by or on behalf of You or Customer or any Authorized User Clients in connection with the CiteRight ServicesProduct; (c) Customer Systems; and(d) the security and use of the Access Credentials; and (e) all access to and use of the Product directly or indirectly by or through the Customer Systems or its Access Credentials, regardless of Your knowledge or consent. Customer has has, and will retain retain, sole responsibility for: (a) all Customer Data, including its accuracy content and use by Customeruse; (b) all information, instructions instructions, and materials provided by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized User in connection with the CiteRight Services; (c) Customer Systems; and(d) the security and use of Customer's and its Authorized Users' Access Credentials; and (e) all access to and use of the Services directly or indirectly by or through the Customer Systems or its or its Authorized Users' Access Credentials, with or without Customer's knowledge or consent.
