Customer Courtesy. Franchisee shall train its employees in customer courtesy, shall prohibit the use of loud or profane language, and shall instruct Collection crews to perform the work quietly. Franchisee shall use its best efforts to ensure that all employees present a neat appearance and conduct themselves in a courteous mariner. If any employee is found to be discourteous or not to be performing services in the manner required by this Agreement, Franchisee shall take all necessary corrective measures. If City has notified Franchisee of a complaint related to a discourteous or improper behavior, Franchisee will reassign the employee to duties not entailing contact with the public while Franchisee is pursuing its investigation and corrective action process.
