You acknowledge that use of the Platform involves transmission of Customer Data and other communications over the Internet and other networks, and that such transmissions could potentially be accessed by unauthorized parties. You must (i) protect Your login names and passwords from access or use by unauthorized parties, and are solely responsible for any failure to do so, and (ii) backup any Customer Data transmitted to Us.
