CUSTOMER DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS. The term “Customer Design Specifications” means the Residential defined and maintained standard specifications of key materials, fixtures and finishes to be used in the renovation of properties. Modifications to the Customer Design Specifications will only affect properties with renovation work commencing after Residential notifies Altisource of such modifications.
