Common use of Customer Minimum Levels Clause in Contracts

Customer Minimum Levels. In order to provide customers with physical access to facilities operated by Exodus and equipment owned by third parties, Exodus is required by its insurers to ensure that each Exodus customer maintains adequate insurance coverage. Customer agrees to keep in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement: (i) comprehensive general liability insurance in an amount not less than $2 million per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage and (ii) workers compensation insurance in an amount not less than that required by applicable law. Customer agrees that it will ensure and be solely responsible for ensuring that its agents (including contractors and subcontractors) maintain insurance coverage at levels no less than those required by applicable law and customary in Customer's and its agents' industries.
