CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS & LIMITATIONS. 5.1. Customer shall provide Dragos with all information and access reasonably required by Xxxxxx to configure the Local Software. Customer’s failure to: (i) provide the information reasonably necessary for Dragos to configure the Local Software, or (ii) provide the connectivity and materials required for its use of the Local Software shall not delay the start of the Subscription Term.
