Reporting of Unscheduled Downtime. Customer must report Unscheduled Downtime by emailing Dragos at xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx to promptly notify Dragos in the event Unscheduled Downtime occurs. Unscheduled Downtime will be deemed to begin when Xxxxxx receives accurate notification thereof from Customer, or when Xxxxxx first becomes aware of such Unscheduled Downtime, whichever first occurs.
