Customer responsibilities generally. To facilitate Supplier’s performance of the Services, Customer (or its sublicensee) will, at its own cost and expense, perform those tasks and fulfill those responsibilities of Customer as set forth in the Agreement (“Customer Responsibilities”). Supplier’s performance of the Services may be conditioned in some circumstances on Customer’s (or its sublicensee’s) timely and effective performance of the Customer Responsibilities and timely decisions and approvals by Customer (or its sublicensee), and the applicable Agreement will specify where that performance is conditional. 5.2
