Customer Responsibility for Shipping. Customer must return the Equipment at Customer’s expense, via freight shipping on an Xxxxxxx issued Returned Goods Authorization (“RGA”) to the location indicated by Xxxxxxx. Information regarding the specific nature of each failure and detailed description of logged messages is required prior to the issuance of an RGA from Xxxxxxx’ Technical Support.
