Customer Spares Support Representative. The Seller shall assign one (1) customer spares support representative based at the Airbus Spares Center or ANACS Spares Center, as applicable, to assist with, and coordinate, spares support matters between the Seller and the Buyer after signature of the Agreement for as long as one Aircraft covered under the Agreement is operated by the Buyer.
