Customer’s Capacity and Related Matters. By accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer represents and warrants that (a) the person executing this agreement on behalf of Customer is 18 years of age or older, (b) all information Customer has provided to CyberSource is true and correct in all respects, and (c) Customer will update CyberSource by email with any changes to information Customer has previously supplied. Customer further represents and warrants that Customer has the legal authority to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that such acceptance will be binding on Customer. CyberSource reserves its right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to provide Customer with any CyberSource Service.
