CUSTOMER’s Coverage. CUSTOMER will insure or self-insure all Product while in storage in terminal against damage by fire or other casualty and shall insure or self-insure all of its personnel and equipment while on WESTWAY’s premises. Further, CUSTOMER shall carry liability insurance against loss or damage caused to any third party, including WESTWAY, its officers, employees and agents by its product or by its agents and/or employees in amounts not less than $3,000,000.00.
CUSTOMER’s Coverage. CUSTOMER agrees to maintain in force, during the term of this Agreement and for a period of three (3) years after Redelivery of the Aircraft and/or Engine or for the duration of CUSTOMER's ownership of the Aircraft and/or Engine, whichever occurs later, the following insurance coverages:

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.

  • Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance The Contractor shall have in effect during the entire life of this Agreement Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance providing full statutory coverage. In signing this Agreement, the Contractor certifies, as required by Section 1861 of the California Labor Code, that it is aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which requires every employer to be insured against liability for Worker's Compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Code, and I will comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the work of this Agreement.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • D&O Liability Insurance To the extent that the Company maintains a policy or policies of insurance (“D&O Liability Insurance”) providing liability insurance for directors and officers of the Company in their capacities as such (and for any capacity in which any director or officer of the Company serves any other Enterprise at the request of the Company), in respect of acts or omissions occurring while serving in such capacity, Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies, in accordance with its or their terms, to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any other director or officer under such policy or policies.

  • BUSINESS COVERED A. By this contract (the "Contract") the Company cedes to the Reinsurer and the Reinsurer hereby accepts, assumes liability for, and reinsures the Company's 100% share in the interests and liabilities arising out of directly or indirectly, in whole or in part or in connection with the Aggregate Excess of Loss Credit Insurance Policy (policy number ), effective January 1, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") issued to Federal National Mortgage Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Insured"). This reinsurance is a 100% cession of all of the Company's liability under the Policy. The reinsurance shall inure to the benefit of the Insured, subject to and in accordance with the terms, provisions, conditions and stipulations of the Policy and the provisions of this Contract.   • OWNER'S LIABILITY INSURANCE The Owner shall be responsible for purchasing and maintaining the Owner’s usual liability insurance.

  • Liability Insurance To the extent the Company maintains an insurance policy or policies providing directors' and officers' liability insurance, Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies, in accordance with its or their terms, to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any Company director or officer.

  • Product Liability Insurance insurance against claims for bodily injury, death or Property damage resulting from the use of products sold by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in such amounts as are then customarily maintained by responsible persons engaged in businesses similar to that of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
