Customer’s responsibility for end users. The Customer agrees to cause all persons using the Services through his computers or account, including the employees, independent subcontractors, consultants, Web designers, programmers, mandataries, volunteers and other service providers, to be made aware of and agree to be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the Customer’s obligations regarding the use of the Services. The Customer shall be solely responsible and liable for any breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, whether the breach results from the use of the Services by the Customer, or by the use of the equipment, computers, account or Services of the Customer by any other end users whether or not such use was authorized by the Customer.
