Common use of Customer’s Transfer Obligations Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Transfer Obligations. In respect of Transferred Personal Data under any Agreement, Customer will: a. enter into Model Contract Clauses as the exporter of such data, if under European Data Protection Law Google reasonably requires Customer to do so; and b. use an Alternative Transfer Solution offered by Google in respect of such data and take any action (which may include execution of documents) strictly required to give full effect to such solution if under European Data Protection Law Google reasonably requires Customer to do so.

Customer’s Transfer Obligations. In respect of Transferred Personal Data under any AgreementData, Customer will: a. agrees that:  (a) if under the European Data Protection Legislation Google reasonably requires Customer to enter into Model Contract Clauses as the exporter in respect of such datatransfers, Customer will do so; and  (b) if under the European Data Protection Law Legislation Google reasonably requires Customer to do so; and b. use an Alternative Transfer Solution offered by Google in respect of such data Google, and reasonably requests that Customer take any action (which may include execution of documents) strictly required to give full effect to such solution if under European Data Protection Law Google reasonably requires solution, Customer to will do so.
