Customized Measures. (Incentives) wherein there is a calculated custom payment amount based upon a combination of electric kW and kWh and/or natural gas therm reductions achieved. To be eligible, the Government must complete utility-respective DSM incentive application forms, processed by the respective natural gas or electric utility, before the Contractor completes and submits to the Government the scope of work in request for proposal.
