Customs Contact Points. 1. The Parties shall exchange lists of designated contact points for matters arising under this Chapter and the Protocol concerning the Definition of "Originating Products" and Methods of Administrative Cooperation. 2. The contact points shall endeavour to resolve operational matters covered by this Chapter through consultations. If a matter cannot be resolved through the contact points, the matter shall be referred to the Customs Committee referred to in this Chapter.
