Customs Duties on Products Delivered. Electronically 1. A Party shall not apply a customs duty, fee or charge on a product delivered electronically. 2. For greater certainty, paragraph 1 does not preclude a Party from imposing internal taxes or other internal charges on products delivered electronically, provided that such taxes or charges are imposed in a manner consistent with this Agreement.

  • Customs Duties of a Fiscal Nature The provisions concerning the abolition of customs duties on imports shall also apply to customs duties of a fiscal nature.

  • Customs Duties (1) Aircraft operated in international air services by the designated airlines of one Contracting Party, their regular equipment, fuel, lubricants, consumable technical supplies, spare parts including engines, and aircraft stores (including but not limited to such items as food, beverages and tobacco) which are on board such aircraft shall be exempted by the other Contracting Party on the basis of reciprocity from all customs duties, excise taxes and similar fees and charges not based on the cost of services provided on arrival, provided such regular equipment and such other items remain on board the aircraft.

  • Responsibility for Quality of Materials and Installation Contractor acknowledges that he has full, total, and complete responsibility for providing materials, labor, and all other items necessary for providing the level of quality specified in the Contract Documents.   • CLIENT’S DUTIES Client agrees to be truthful with Attorney, to cooperate, to keep Attorney informed of any information or developments which may come to Client’s attention, to abide by this Agreement, to pay Attorney’s bills on time and to keep Attorney advised of Client’s address, telephone number and whereabouts. Client will assist Attorney in providing information and documents necessary for the representation in the described matter.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • Responsibilities of Customer 5.1 To the extent that the Supplier requires access to the Customer Site to perform the Services, the Customer shall provide such access during Normal Business Hours and to provide a suitable work environment to enable the Supplier to perform such Services subject to the Supplier complying with such internal policies and procedures of the Customer (including those relating to security and health and safety) as may be notified to the Supplier in writing from time to time.

  • SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT 27.1 Without prejudice to the Authority's rights to terminate this Framework Agreement as set out in Clause 26 (Termination), or if the Authority reasonably believes that a Consistent Failure has occurred, the Authority may suspend the Supplier's appointment to provide Services to Contracting Bodies under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier which notice shall take immediate effect from the date specified in such notice and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Order during such suspension period.
