Customs Duty. SDSC-SHAR is eligible for 100% Customs Duty exemption as per Notification No. 050/2017 539 (b) Dt: 30.06.2017. This may be taken into account while quoting for import items, if any. In case tenderers offering items considering customs duty exemption, they should also indicate the bill of materials and price, separately, with Customs Duty component and terms and conditions thereto.
