Safety Issues. The customer is responsible for maintaining local code compliances regarding safety issues including, but not limited to, fencing, gates, electrical, etc.
Safety Issues. The Tenant will procure that in the carrying out of the Building Improvement Plan:
(a) the Premises shall at all times be fully secured against unauthorised entry;
(b) the Premises shall be kept tidy and properly cleared of surplus materials, rubble, rubbish or waste; and
(c) proper provision shall be made to the support and use of any land, walls, buildings, roads and footpaths upon, adjacent or near to the Premises and which may be affected by the performance of the Building Improvement Plan.
Safety Issues. I understand that there are safety risks associated with the program and travel incident thereto and that Go Global NC and its co-sponsors are not responsible for such risks or injuries, damages or loss caused by them. I agree that Go Global NC and its co- sponsors shall not be liable for such injuries, damages or loss except as may be caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the employees, officials or agents of Go Global NC, and their co-sponsors. I further agree that Go Global NC and its co-sponsors cannot prevent me or other individuals from engaging in illegal, dangerous or unsafe activities. I therefore agree that Go Global NC and its co- sponsors shall not be liable for injury, damages or loss caused by such activities. I certify that no oral or other written promise, agreement or representation concerning safety or liability has been made to me.
Safety Issues. Any matter arising around safe working conditions may be referred to the Safety and Health Committee pursuant to Article 19 of this agreement to assist the Employer to reduce the risk of occupational injury and illness.
Safety Issues. Before a student is placed in a practicum placement s/he will be given general occupational health and workplace safety training.
Safety Issues. In order to ensure that both Parties are provided with an adequate opportunity to review safety matters, the Parties shall mutually agree after the Effective Date on procedures with respect to (i) regulatory reporting requirements, (ii) the review of Product labeling, (iii) maintenance of a safety database and (iv) other safety issues.
Safety Issues. The parties agree to meet as necessary to discuss safety issues, which may be the topic of a Labor-Management Conference. The resulting recommendations of such meetings shall be jointly submitted to the Employer or its designee. No employee shall be required to use any equipment that has been determined by the Council and the Employer as being in a defective or disabling condition until such time as the condition is corrected.
Safety Issues. Emisphere shall provide to Novartis within 48 hours of first receipt, any information concerning the safety profile of any of the Programme Carriers which may indicate a risk to patients. This shall include any adverse event reports suspected to be related to the Programme Carrier used in connection with any other active substance. In such an instance, Emisphere shall endeavor to promptly obtain any additional supporting information reasonably requested by Novartis.
Safety Issues. It is understood and agreed that an employee who has a safety-related concern arising from his assignment shall inform his immediate supervisor. If the matter cannot be resolved by mutual agreement of the supervisor and the employee, it shall be referred to a "Joint Safety Committee" comprised of not more than three (3) persons from the bargaining unit and three (3) persons representing the Employer.
Safety Issues. No employee shall be required to use any equipment that has been designated by both the Council and the City as being defective because of a disabling condition creating a serious risk to the safety of employees unless the disabling condition has been corrected. The City shall take all reasonable steps within available budgeted funds to protect employees during working hours in the performance of their duties.
