Customs Officers. i. The FRY Customs Service will continue to exercise customs jurisdiction at Kosovo's official international border crossings and in such customs warehouses as may be necessary within Kosovo. The total number of customs personnel shall be drawn down to 50 within 14 days of the entry into force of this Agreement. ii. Kosovar Albanian officers of the Customs Service shall be trained and compensated by the FRY.
