Cyber/Privacy Liability. Grantee shall provide Cyber/Privacy Liability Insurance to cover risk of loss to electronic data. The policy must include coverage for electronic vandalism to electronic data, including coverage for a third party's willful electronic alteration of data, introduction of viruses which impact electronic data, unauthorized use of electronic data, or denial of service to web site or email destinations. Cyber Liability Insurance $1,000,000 Claim/$1,000,000 Aggregate.

Cyber/Privacy Liability. $10 million per claim for wrongful acts The Contractor shall secure and continuously maintain an insurance policy that must include coverage for first and third party legal liability as a result of a wrongful act(s) resulting in a physical privacy breach or breach of privacy regulations for expenses arising out of computer attacks caused by security failures. This coverage may be contemplated within the Errors & Omissions Liability (Professional Liability) coverage.
