Reports and Other Matters Section 4.01. Fees and Other Charges (a) The Borrower will pay a fee on all outstanding Letters of Credit at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Margin then in effect with respect to Eurodollar Loans under the Revolving Facility, shared ratably among the Revolving Lenders and payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date. In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account a fronting fee of 0.25% per annum on the undrawn and unexpired amount of each Letter of Credit, payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date.

– SUBMISSION OF REPORTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS Service Provider shall submit all reports and other documents as and when specified in the Scope of Work. This information shall be subject to review by the City, and if found to be unacceptable, Service Provider shall correct and deliver to the City any deficient Work at Service Provider’s expense with all practical dispatch. Service Provider shall abide by the City’s determinations concerning acceptability of Work.
Utilities and Other Services 4.4.1 The Tenant shall arrange, at its own cost and expense, for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services required by it at or in relation to the Premises.
Contract and other writing(s) setting forth the final agreements, clarifications and terms between the Bid Documents and Contractor’s Bid. In the latter circumstance, clarifications must specifically note in writing what was offered by the Contractor and what was accepted by the State.
