Common use of D or C Clause in Contracts

D or C. W.O. Xxxxx acknowledges that Seller may use the services of a collection service and an attorney to collect amounts overdue. In this event, Xxxxx will be liable for all fees incurred by Seller, including collection service fees and attorney fees, costs and expenses arising out of the collection efforts.
