Common use of Dailies, Production Meetings and Surveys Clause in Contracts

Dailies, Production Meetings and Surveys. When attendance at production meetings or surveys is required by an Employer, that time shall be work time. An Employer need not pay the Employee for time spent at the screening of dailies, unless the Employer or the Director requires the Employee to be there. If the Employer or the Director requires the Employee to attend the screening of dailies, the time spent at the screening shall be considered as time worked.
