CHECK-OFF REMITTANCE. The Union agrees to notify the Company in writing of the amount of the dues to be deducted from employees. This amount may only be changed through written notification. Such notices must bear the seal of the Union and the signature of its proper official. Dues collected shall be remitted to the Financial Secretary for the Union accompanied by a list for said deductions by the 15th day of the following month.
CHECK-OFF REMITTANCE. The Producer must check-off the two percent (2%) administrative dues or charges and the voluntary deductions provided for in Article AT5.04
(a) from the remuneration paid to each Guild Member and any Permittees and remit said monies to the District Council in accordance with Article AT7.00.

CHECK-OFF REMITTANCE. With the monthly remittance of the Union dues, the Corporation shall furnish the Union with a duplicate statement showing the total amount deducted and names of any employees for whom deductions were and were not made.
