Daily Forecast of Available Capacity. During the Test Period and thereafter during the Delivery Term, Seller or Seller’s agent shall provide a binding day ahead forecast of Available Capacity (the “Day-Ahead Availability Notice”) to Buyer or Third-Party SC (as applicable) via Buyer’s internet site, as provided in Appendix VI, for each day no later than fourteen (14) hours before the beginning of the “Preschedule Day” (as defined by the WECC) for such day. Any reduction of one (1) MW or greater to the PMax of the Project, as set forth in Section F of the Cover Sheet, must be reported as an outage pursuant to Appendix VI.
