Annual Forecast of Available Capacity. No later than (I) the earlier of September 1 of the first Contract Year or forty-five (45) days before the first day of the first Contract Year of the Delivery Term, if applicable, and (II) September 1 of each calendar year for every subsequent Contract Year during the Delivery Term, Seller shall provide to Buyer and Third-Party SC (if applicable) a non-binding forecast of the hourly Available Capacity for an average day in each month of the following calendar year in a form reasonably acceptable to Buyer. Monthly Forecast of Available Capacity. Ten (10) Business Days before the beginning of each month during the Delivery Term, Seller shall provide to Buyer and Third-Party SC (if applicable) a non-binding forecast of the hourly Available Capacity for each day of the following month in a form reasonably acceptable to Buyer. Daily Forecast of Available Capacity. During each month of the Delivery Term, Seller or Seller’s agent shall provide a binding day ahead forecast of Available Capacity (the “Day-Ahead Availability Notice”) to Buyer or Third-Party SC (as applicable) via Buyer’s internet site, as provided in Appendix VIII, for each day no later than fourteen (14) hours before the beginning of the “Preschedule Day” (as defined by the WECC) for such day. The current industry standard Preschedule Day timetable in the WECC is as follows:

  • TRUNK FORECASTING 58.1. CLEC shall provide forecasts for traffic utilization over trunk groups. Orders for trunks that exceed forecasted quantities for forecasted locations will be accommodated as facilities and/or equipment are available. Embarq shall make all reasonable efforts and cooperate in good faith to develop alternative solutions to accommodate orders when facilities are not available. Company forecast information must be provided by CLEC to Embarq twice a year. The initial trunk forecast meeting should take place soon after the first implementation meeting. A forecast should be provided at or prior to the first implementation meeting. The semi-annual forecasts shall project trunk gain/loss on a monthly basis for the forecast period, and shall include:

  • Initial Trunk Forecast Requirements At least ninety (90) days before initiating interconnection in a LATA, Emergency shall provide Verizon a two (2)-year traffic forecast that complies with the Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide, as revised from time to time. This initial traffic forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Interconnection Trunk groups in the LATA over the next eight (8) quarters.

  • Trunk Forecasting Requirements 14.2.1 Initial trunk forecast requirements. At least ninety (90) days before initiating interconnection in a LATA, Alltel shall provide Verizon a two (2)-year traffic forecast that complies with the Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide, as revised from time to time. This initial traffic forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Interconnection Trunk groups in the LATA over the next eight (8) quarters.

  • Packet Switching Capability 4.5.1 The packet switching capability network element is defined as the function of routing or forwarding packets, frames, cells or other data units based on address or other routing information contained in the packets, frames, cells or other data units.

  • Forecasting Manager and Sprint PCS will work cooperatively to generate mutually acceptable forecasts of important business metrics including traffic volumes, handset sales, subscribers and Collected Revenues for the Sprint PCS Products and Services. The forecasts are for planning purposes only and do not constitute Manager's obligation to meet the quantities forecast.

  • Additional Quantities For a period not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of solicitation award, the Customer reserves the right to acquire additional quantities up to the amount shown on the solicitation but not to exceed the threshold for Category Two at the prices submitted in the response to the solicitation.

  • Monitoring and Adjusting Forecasts Verizon will, for ninety (90) days, monitor traffic on each trunk group that it establishes at ECI’s suggestion or request pursuant to the procedures identified in Section 14.2 of this Attachment. At the end of such ninety-(90) day period, Verizon may disconnect trunks that, based on reasonable engineering criteria and capacity constraints, are not warranted by the actual traffic volume experienced. If, after such initial ninety (90) day period for a trunk group, Verizon determines that any trunks in the trunk group in excess of two (2) DS1s are not warranted by actual traffic volumes (considering engineering criteria for busy Centium Call Second (Hundred Call Second) and blocking percentages), then Verizon may hold ECI financially responsible for the excess facilities and disconnect such excess facilities.

  • LIS Forecasting 7.2.2.8.1 Both CLEC and Qwest shall work in good faith to define a mutually agreed upon forecast of LIS trunking.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.2.1 Local circuit switching capability is defined as: (A) line-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between a loop termination at a main distribution frame and a switch line card; (B) trunk-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between trunk termination at a trunk-side cross-connect panel and a switch trunk card; (C) switching provided by remote switching modules; and (D) all features, functions, and capabilities of the switch, which include, but are not limited to: (1) the basic switching function of connecting lines to lines, line to trunks, trunks to lines, and trunks to trunks, as well as the same basic capabilities made available to BellSouth’s customers, such as a telephone number, white page listings, and dial tone; and (2) all other features that the switch is capable of providing, including but not limited to customer calling, customer local area signaling service features, and Centrex, as well as any technically feasible customized routing functions provided by the switch. Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process.
