Daily Gas Nomination. 2.1. Daily Gas Nomination
Daily Gas Nomination i. The User shall, by 16:00 local time each day during an Unloading and Regasification Slot, notify the Operator in good faith of its Daily Nomination for the subsequent Gas Day (reflecting the User’s assessment of the then-current requirements of downstream demand), which shall consist of up to four (4) different rate levels per Gas Day with a minimum of six (6) hours between each rate level adjustment (always subject to ramp up and ramp down periods), and which be consistent with the parameters of this Schedule 4 (the “Daily Nomination Notice”).
Daily Gas Nomination. (i) Commencing on the day before the Acceptance Date, Customer shall, by 12:00 PM (noon) local time each day, notify Contractor of its nomination consistent with the parameters of this Schedule IV (the “Daily Nomination Notice”) of the quantities 108 of Gas that Customer desires in good faith (reflecting the Charterer’s assessment of the then-current requirements of Charterer downstream Gas customers) to be delivered to it at the Delivery Point during the subsequent Gas Day.
