Common use of Daily Proximity Quantity Clause in Contracts

Daily Proximity Quantity. quantity of energy, expressed in MWh (GCV); this quantity is determined in accordance with the provisions of Clause “Determination of quantities” of Section B. Daily Quantity Delivered (Hourly Quantity Delivered): quantity of energy, expressed in MWh (GCV), which GRTgaz has delivered on a given Day (at a given Hour) at a given Delivery Point or a given Title Transfer Point or a given Allocation Difference Account pursuant to the Contract; this quantity is determined in accordance with the provisions of the Clause entitled “Determination of quantities” in Section C.
