Common use of Daily Report Clause in Contracts

Daily Report. No later than 3:00 P.M. (New York City time) on each Purchase Date, the Servicer shall deliver a report, substantially in the form of Exhibit H (the "Daily Report"), to Recco, the Surety Provider and the Funding Agent, together with a Servicer's Certificate.

PM (New York City time) on each Purchase Date, the Servicer shall deliver a report, substantially in the form of Exhibit H (the "Daily Report"), to Recco, the Surety Provider Xxxxx and the Funding AgentProgram Manager, together with a Certificate of the Servicer, substantially in the form of Exhibit G (the "Servicer's Certificate").

PM (New York City time) on each Purchase Date, the Servicer shall deliver a report, substantially in the form of Exhibit H G (the "Daily Report"), to Recco, the Surety Provider and Provider, the Funding Administrative Agent, who shall promptly deliver such Daily Report to each Group Agent, together with a Certificate of the Servicer, substantially in the form of Exhibit F (the "Servicer's Certificate").
