Common use of Daily subscription Clause in Contracts

Daily subscription. The subscription is possible for each gas day D of the Contract’s Period of Validity, provided that the request of subscription is done before 8pm on D-1. The daily subscription is not possible for gas days impacted by operations of maintenance on the Transport Network or on the Storage Facility, when a notification has been done by the Transport Network operator or by the Storage Facility manager to the Customer.
