Daily Work Shift Adjustment Sample Clauses

The Daily Work Shift Adjustment clause allows an employer to modify the start and end times of an employee’s work shift on a day-to-day basis. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which such adjustments can be made, such as providing advance notice or limiting the frequency of changes.
