Daily Work Shift Adjustment. The Employer may adjust the regular work schedule with prior notice to the employee in accordance with Article 7, Overtime, Subsections 7.4 A-C. If the Employer extends an overtime-eligible employee’s daily work shift by more than two (2) hours on any given day, the Employer will not adjust another work shift or the employee’s work schedule to avoid the payment of overtime or accrual of compensatory time.
