Damage Cover Exclusions. 8.1 There is no Damage Cover, and You and any Authorised Driver are liable for: (a) Damage or Third-Party Loss arising from: (i) a Major Breach of the Rental Contract; or (ii) the use of the Vehicle by any driver who is not an Authorised Driver or who is less than 21 or more than 75 years of age; (b) Overhead Damage; (c) Underbody Damage; and (d) Damage caused by immersion of the Vehicle in water.
