Common use of Damage or Third Party Loss arising from Clause in Contracts

Damage or Third Party Loss arising from. (i) a Major Breach of the Rental Contract; or (ii) the use of the Vehicle by any driver who is not an Authorised Driver or who is less than 21 or more than 75 years of age;

Damage or Third Party Loss arising from. (i) a Major Breach of the Rental Contract; or (ii) the use of the Vehicle Caravan being towed by any driver who is not an Authorised Driver or who is less than 21 25 or more than 75 years of age;

Damage or Third Party Loss arising from. (i) a Major Breach of the Rental Contract; or (ii) the use of the Vehicle by any driver who is not an Authorised Driver or who is less than 21 25 or more than 75 years of age;

Damage or Third Party Loss arising from. (i) a Major Breach of the Rental Contract; (ii) any deliberate, intentional, malicious or criminal act by You, an Authorised Driver or any person who is acting with Your express or implied consent; or (iiiii) the use of the Vehicle by any driver who is not an Authorised Driver or who is less than 21 25 or more than 75 years of age;

Damage or Third Party Loss arising from. (i) a Major Breach of the Rental Contract; or (ii) the use of the Vehicle by any driver who is not an Authorised Driver or who is less than 21 or more than 75 85 years of age;
