Damage To Items Outside Project Limits. There is no construction work located outside of City owned rights of way or easements; therefore, the Contractor will be responsible for damage to all items lying outside the project limits and street right of way areas. This includes all landscaping. Damage shall be repaired and/or replaced, surfaces re-graded and restored to original conditions at the completion of work.
