Summary Scope of Work. The Contractor shall maintain the portions of the Toll Collection System that have received Acceptance as they come on line until Project Acceptance at which time the entire CTRMA Toll Collection System shall be under the Maintenance Services Agreement (“the Maintenance Contract”). For the purpose of scoping the work and the fee structure, the two phases of the Project are considered separate.

Summary Scope of Work. 1.1 The Contractor shall furnish to the Airport Authority all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to satisfy the requirements of the Contract Documents and required for the complete construction of a complete and fully functional Project, as further described herein.
Summary Scope of Work. The 800 meters are located throughout the City of Coachella’s distribution system service area which comprises of two different zones with individual routes for each zone. 95% residential and 5% commercial. The City service connections consist of 10% copper and 90% polyethylene. The Angle meter valves mostly consist of Insta-tite CTS service connections and brass compression fittings ranging from 3/4 inch to 1 inch. The basic components of the service sought by the City include the following:  Replacement of existing 3/4 Inch meters with new 3/4 Inch allegro Master Meters. A total of 800, non-responsive Master Meters.  Coordination, scheduling, communications, and documentation of all installation services.  Project management to ensure all products and services are coordinated. Contractor shall have a California (CA) General A Contractor’s license, general liability insurance, City of Coachella business license and a W9 ready for submittal. A copy of the contractor’s license is required.
Summary Scope of Work. The work will involve the installation of pipes, structures and drainage improvements, as well as the re- grading of roadway xxxxxx within street right of ways in certain designated areas of the Basin V Stormwater System, all lying within the City of Naples.

The proposal for a change shall provide enough detail, including personnel hours for each sub-task and cost breakdowns of tasks, for the City of Nashua to be able to adequately analyze the proposal. The City of Nashua will then determine in writing if Independent Contractor should proceed with any or all of the proposed change. If the change causes an increase or a decrease in Independent Contractor's cost or time required for performance of the contract as a whole, an equitable adjustment shall be made and the contract accordingly modified in writing. Any claim of Independent Contractor for adjustment under this clause shall be asserted in writing within 30 days of the date the City of Nashua notified Independent Contractor of the change. When Independent Contractor seeks changes, Independent Contractor shall, before any work commences, estimate their effect on the cost of the contract and on its schedule and notify the City of Nashua in writing of the estimate. The proposal for a change shall provide enough detail, including personnel hours for each sub-task and cost breakdowns of tasks, for the City of Nashua to be able to adequately analyze the proposal. The City of Nashua will then determine in writing if Independent Contractor should proceed with any or all of the proposed change. Except as provided in this paragraph, Independent Contractor shall implement no change unless the City of Nashua in writing approves the change. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the provisions of this contract shall apply to all changes. The City of Nashua may provide verbal approval of a change when the City of Nashua, in its sole discretion, determines that time is critical or public health and safety are of concern. Any verbal approval shall be confirmed in writing as soon as practicable. Any change undertaken without prior City of Nashua approval shall not be compensated and is, at the City of Nashua's election, sufficient reason for contract termination.

  • Scope of Works CHAPTER III

  • Change in Scope of Work Any change in the scope of the Work, method of performance, nature of materials or price thereof, or any other matter materially affecting the performance or nature of the Work shall not be paid for or accepted unless such change, addition, or deletion is approved in advance and in writing by a valid change order executed by the District. Contractor specifically understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the District shall have the right to request any alterations, deviations, reductions, or additions to the Project or Work, and the cost thereof shall be added to or deducted from the amount of the Contract Price by fair and reasonable valuations. Contractor also agrees to provide the District with all information requested to substantiate the cost of the change order and to inform the District whether the Work will be done by the Contractor or a subcontractor. In addition to any other information requested, Contractor shall submit, prior to approval of the change order, its request for a time extension (if any), as well as all information necessary to substantiate its belief that such change will delay the completion of the Work. If Contractor fails to submit its request for a time extension or the necessary supporting information, it shall be deemed to have waived its right to request such extension.

  • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.
