Damages & Cleaning a. Students are responsible for any damage to an assigned bed space, suite, or apartment, furnishings, appliances, equipment, or locks that occur during the Students occupancy of the assigned space. Students may add unreported damages in the Housing portal no later than 10 days after moving into the assigned space.

Damages & Cleaning. The Hirer is liable for any damage made to the fabric of the building, fixtures, fittings, furniture or appliances therein or equipment and other items hired throughout the duration of the booking; un- less an employee of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Pty Ltd T/A M on W willfully and negligently causes such damage. To the extent permitted by law the Hirer agrees that Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Pty Ltd T/A M on W will not be held responsible for any damage to Hirer property or any injury that occurs during studio hire, whether it be a direct or indirect consequence of the actions of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Pty Ltd T/A M on W or its affiliates. If any damage is made to the cyclorama by the Hirer (including by any children, adults or equipment present during the time of the booking), Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Pty Ltd T/A M on W cannot be held responsi- ble or liable for any injuries or damages. In the event of the cyclorama becoming damaged, the Hirer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for the repair or replacement of the structure.

  • Damages and Costs You agree to pay for damages, lost property or extraordinary service or administrative costs you, your designated roommate or your guests cause to University residence facilities whether through accident, neglect or intent. See Appendix II for more information about assessments. All residents of a floor or unit may be assessed for cleaning, damages, lost property or extraordinary service costs where the person(s) responsible cannot be ascertained by the University but where the damages, lost property, or excessive mess were reasonably believed by Student Housing and Hospitality Services to be caused by one or more residents of a floor or unit.
